2020 was not the year that most people expected and for many, Christmas will be a different experience this year, but despite whatever restrictions are in place where you are, hopefully, it will still be a good one.

Of course, the horses still need attention over the holidays and there will still be people at the yard to take care of the residents.  The owners really appreciate the dedication and hard work of the whole team at the stables and the cards and gifts received at this time of year are much appreciated.

No sooner is Christmas Day finished and we are right back into the action with Boxing Day being one of the big racing days of the year.  Although much attention will be focussed on the King George at Kempton, the yard will be concentrating on the Wincanton card where four runners will be in action on Saturday.

Hopefully, 2021 will see a return to race days with more owners and spectators in attendance, but until then, the sport will work within whatever restrictions are in place to keep the show on the road and fingers crossed that the yard will continue to go from strength to strength and that there will be plenty of winners to review during the year.

Have a great Christmas.
