The jumps season is getting into swing and the yard has plenty to look forward to if the form of the younger national hunt flat racers is anything to go by!
Since August, the yard had seen two wins and a second-place finish from three runners in “bumpers” and last week at Exeter that became three winners and a second-place finish from four runners when Any News won comfortably. This is another young horse that looks to have a lot of potential and it is exciting to see so many horses starting their careers with such good results.
It could be a busy couple of weeks for the Neil Mulholland Racing Club as the new horse into the club ownership, The Weasel, reappears in a maiden hurdle at Fakenham on Friday and the other horse Doing Fine has a couple of options in the coming days including the Durham Grand National at Sedgefield on Sunday.
The addition of a second horse into the club came as a result of several new members joining the club in recent weeks as we seek to add one horse to the club for every twelve members. New members are always welcome and for a monthly fee of £150, members receive opportunities to visit the stables, go racing as an owner when the horses run and get a share of prize money won by the club horses. Please see the racing club webpage for more details and get in touch if you would like more information.
